West Gate Studios, in partnership with TBI Bank, gives you the option to pay for your accommodation contract in monthly installments, so you don’t have to cover the full amount at once.

General Information

• You can choose between 10 or 12 monthly installments
• TBI Bank pays the full invoice amount to West Gate Studios, and you then pay the bank in monthly installments
• 100% online application, no unnecessary trips
• Fast response to your application — within 24–48 hours
• The installment agreement is separate from the accommodation contract — your financial relationship is directly with TBI Bank

Other Important Details

• You don’t need a TBI Bank account to apply
• You can choose a 10-month or 12-month contract with the installment plan (see more under the Full Advance Payment section)
• The person signing the installment contract can be anyone with an income — it doesn’t have to be a parent or guardian
• The bank can cover your accommodation costs partially or in full, depending on your needs
• No card or bank account at TBI is required — installments can be paid easily through the TBI App, by bank transfer, or in cash
• As you pay off your installments, your credit limit is restored and can be reused — meaning next year you’ll already have funds ready for your next accommodation payment
• You can repay the full amount early at any time, with no additional fees

How to Apply

• Choose your preferred room and contract type (10 or 12 months)
• Select the option "Installment Payment through TBI" in your booking request
• TBI Bank will receive your request and send you a link via email
• Fill out the TBI online application
• You will receive approval within 24–48 hours
• Once approved, sign your accommodation contract and start your monthly payments to the bank

How to Apply Online for a Room at West Gate Studios

1. Fill in the rental application form.
2. Choose the contract holder (individual or legal entity). The holder is the person in whose name the invoice will be issued.
3. Enter the personal details of the future resident and, if applicable, the company details.
4. Upload a copy of the resident’s ID and any other documents required in the form, such as:
   – Roommate Agreement (downloadable from the form) – if you mention a specific roommate
   – Company registration number (VAT number) – if the holder is a legal entity
   – GDPR Agreement (also downloadable from the form)
5. Select your payment method: full payment or installments via TBI Bank.
6. Once your application is submitted and checked by the Administrative Office, you will receive by email:
   – The registered application
   – The proforma invoice
   – A draft of the rental contract.

IMPORTANT: The room requested in the application will be reserved for 5 days from the date the proforma invoice is issued, until full payment is made. Failure to pay within this period will result in the cancellation of your application.

7. Pay the proforma invoice within the payment deadline specified on the invoice and in the email you received. From this moment, your reservation is guaranteed.
