J2009002530409, sole registration code 25186767 („WGS”), registered as a personal data controller under no. 31799, is the controller of your personal data. •    Booking data: booking number and date, room type, payment information.
•    Communication data: messages, suggestions, complaints sent to WGS by any means.
•    Technical data: IP address, device type, date and time of website access.
•    Marketing data: preferences regarding promotional communications.

•    Directly from you (via forms, email, or any other communication with WGS).

•    Up to 10 years for legal documents (e.g., invoices).
•    Longer, if necessary for legal disputes or obligations, in accordance with applicable law.
9. How do we protect data?
We apply security procedures, technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of your data. Only authorized personnel have access during their work.

You have the following rights:
•    Access: You can request information about your data processing and a copy of your data.
•    Rectification: You can request correction or completion of inaccurate data.
•    Erasure: You can request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).

11. Minors’ data
Our services are not intended for minors. However, in the context of hotel accommodation, minors may be accommodated with parents or legal guardians. In such cases, we may collect limited personal data of minors, such as name and surname, solely for proper booking registration and compliance with legal obligations regarding guest records.
These data are processed in accordance with GDPR principles, based on legitimate interest and/or legal obligations, and are protected by appropriate technical and organizational measures. We do not use minors’ data for marketing purposes.
